Together Training (strength circuit training)
By combining battle ropes, cable machine, free weights, stability, agility and cardio equipment - this circuit session will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. Always better together!
Box Fit (boxing for fitness)
Here we smash out boxing techniques in between strength and core work. I teach you technique on both gloves and mitts. Who doesn’t love a good hit up after an intense week at work/home? Come let off some steam with us!
Personal Training
Your 1:1 workouts are completely customised to your individual goals and needs! From our home gym studio, we've helped numerous clients lose weight, build strength, and enhance mobility. We offer the guidance and motivation you need to push past your limits.
Prefer to train with others? Our Small Group Training option allows you to work out with friends or family (2-4 people) at a more affordable rate per person.
If time permits, we can also travel to you for an additional fee.
Online Training
Can't attend a Personal Training session in person? No worries! Our online training option is fully personalised and tailored to your unique goals and needs. Take control of your fitness through our own branded app available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
